A long time ago, before arrival of the prophet and his single god, Black Lamia was adulated by men all over the Empire. She was the subject of a cult, and countless were the sacrificial rites dedicated to her glory. Then, newborn's blood flowed , she feasted on their steaming flesh.
Alas ! things must change when the prophet came and revealed the existence of a god of kindness. Soon, Black Lamia became an icon of evil and her devotees turned away of her. She wanted to punish them for their treachery but the prophet slayed her.

She then became the shadow's mother. In her abyssal lair, she locked herself in a cocoon made of flesh in order to regenerate her mortal coil.
Black Lamia is now awaken. Every night she comes out of her Abyssal lair and wander about like a lost soul in the moor and hamlets, looking for a newborn to abduct. Her hunger is always unsatisfied, and her anger multiplies tenfold...
